As a startup, we had the opportunity to work with Goddess Hair from inception. As we suggest for all our clients, we started by developing the brands’ positioning and identity, from aligning the business’ name and domain through to its value proposition and associated taglines.

Website and e-commerce solution

Goddess Hairs’ objective is to market and sell high-quality human hair extensions via an online store, making the website its primary business asset.

We created content & designed a website that aligned to the target market and the product. The homepage was designed to highlight the value proposition and funnel users towards their preferred product type or style.

For the online store, we developed a series of product collections, by product and by style. For the more extensive collections, we added a product filter to enhance the user experience.

Individual products are sold by length, so we included a dropdown that allows buyers to select their preferred hair extension length with its associated price point. Product pages also feature content on delivery options, payment choices and an explanation of the online buying process.

We designed an ‘About’ section featuring content on the business, the product and instructions for caring for the product.

Lastly, we integrated a wide selection of online payment options, from card payments to instant EFT and a critically important financing option.

Social media

Goddess hair aimed to go to market via social media channels, primarily Instagram, but due to the COVID epidemic the supply of product from China was interrupted and the business was put on hold.

In the interim, we’ve established both an Instagram and Facebook presence for the company and placed branded content in the timelines. A Facebook business manager account has been set up, and Facebook tracking pixel added to the website.

Once the supply chain has been reestablished, the planned rollout of an extensive social media campaign will begin.
